Return Policy

• Returns must be initiated within 4-7 working days of receiving the product.
• Perception of quality is subjective; therefore, no exchanges or returns will be entertained for this reason.
• We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
• A product unboxing video is compulsory for any return requests. The video must:
• Be taken from the beginning of the unboxing process.
• Clearly show the issue without any pause or cut.
• Be reported to us within 1 day of receiving the product.

Note: Slight color variations (lighter or darker) due to digital photography or mobile/computer monitor settings are not eligible for returns.

• Return shipping: We do not have a return pickup facility, so customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Refunds
