Return Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 4-7 working days of receiving the product.
- Perception of quality is subjective; therefore, no exchanges or returns will be entertained for this reason.
- We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
- A product unboxing video is compulsory for any return requests. The video must:
- Be taken from the beginning of the unboxing process.
- Clearly show the issue without any pause or cut.
- Be reported to us within 1 day of receiving the product.
Note: Slight color variations (lighter or darker) due to digital photography or mobile/computer monitor settings are not eligible for returns.
- Return shipping: We do not have a return pickup facility, so customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Refunds
- Refunds are not provided, except in cases where the product is out of stock.
- If eligible, the refund will be initiated to the original payment mode within 5-7 working days.
